with 2012 Olympic Team Member

  • USA Wrestling All-National Camp, June 8-10. 2012 Olympic Team member Kelsey Campbell will be our guest instructor. Technique and live wrestling, as well as information on strength training, nutrition, and mental training (notebook).
  • Lady Eagles Intensive Camp: June 24-29 will emphasize technique and skill development, but will also have strong conditioning and physical preparation  sessions. This will be excellent preparation for Fargo.

  • Fee: 1 camp -$250; Commuter(includes lunch & dinner) - $175. Both camps $375!
  • Registration for USAW ALL-National Camp closes June 2, registration for the Intensive Camp closes June 10th, and both can be done on line (see 'Registration form link below). A $75 key completed deposit is required with the application.  It will be  returned when the room key is turned in.
  • We believe our camps are excellent, but we are trying to keep fees as low as possible so everyone can train with us. We know these are  challenging times. Don't let the expense stop you - contact us. We're here to develop the athlete and grow the sport. All camp proceeds go  directly to funding the LHU women's expenses, and not for coaching staff, administration, etc.
